Google Trends seems to show new comparison cards for AI platforms like Grok, ChatGPT and Gemini.

While checking Google Trends today we noticed what looks like a new interface element showing direct comparison cards for several AI platforms including Grok, ChatGPT and Gemini. The cards appear at the top of the results and display each platform as a separate entity with its own icon and label before showing the actual trends data. Previously Google Trends mainly displayed the traditional comparison graph interface without these visual cards. It is not yet clear if this is a new feature rolling out more broadly or simply an experimental interface variation. Given the rapid growth of interest in AI platforms, it would make sense for Google Trends to make comparisons between major models easier and more visual. If confirmed, this could signal another small interface change as Google continues adapting its tools to the expanding AI ecosystem.
